Refund and Returns Policy

Moto British is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium protective gear. Please review our policy carefully, particularly regarding customized items.

1. 30-Day Return Window (Standard Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for items purchased directly from Moto British, starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Standard Returns:

  • Standard Products Only: This policy applies only to non-customized, standard-sized products (e.g., non-personalized accessories or standard-sized stock items, if applicable).
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Exclusion of Customised and Custom-Fit Items

Customised, custom-fit, or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.

This exclusion applies to any product (Suits, Jackets, Pants, Gloves, Boots, etc.) that:

  1. Has been manufactured using your specific, personalized body measurements (custom-fit).
  2. Includes personalized design elements such as custom colors, specific logos, names, numbers, or specific material selections made upon ordering.

Note on Sizing (Custom Fit): If a custom-fit item does not fit due to a manufacturing error on our part (i.e., the finished product does not match the measurements confirmed in your final order), please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and cover the cost of corrections or replacement.

3. Returns and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange for an eligible standard item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@motobritish.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
  2. Authorisation: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions from our team. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

We rigorously check every item before dispatch, but if your product arrives damaged or develops a fault due to manufacturing defects:

  • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, or immediately upon discovering a manufacturing fault.
  • Assessment: We will require photos or the return of the item for assessment.
  • Remedy: If the fault is confirmed, Moto British will cover the costs of repair, offer a replacement, or provide a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once your return of an eligible standard item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).
