  • Governing Law: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms.
  • Service Areas: We currently ship and facilitate sales only to customers in the UK, European Union (EU), and the United States (US).

2. Products and Customization

  • Product Description: We manufacture and sell customized and standard Motorcycle/Motorbike Racing Suits, Jackets, Pants, Gloves, and Boots.
  • Custom Orders:
    • Accuracy of Measurements: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and correct measurements for all custom-fit items (e.g., suits, jackets, pants). Moto British is not responsible for errors in fit resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
    • Design Finality: Once an order is placed and the design/customization details are confirmed, changes may not be possible. Any changes requested after the confirmation stage may incur additional charges and delays.
    • Aesthetic Variation: While we strive for absolute accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, and stitching may occur between the online visual representations and the final handcrafted product.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in Great British Pounds (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes: For UK orders, prices include VAT where applicable. For orders shipped outside the UK (EU and US), customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, tariffs, and local taxes charged by their local government upon delivery.
  • Payment Security: All payments must be made at the time of order via the secure payment methods provided on our website. We do not store full credit card details.

4. Order Manufacturing and Shipping

  • Manufacturing Time: All orders, particularly custom-made items, require a manufacturing period. The total estimated delivery time, including manufacturing and transit, is generally 10 to 15 business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Shipping: Details regarding shipping destinations and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy. We offer Free Shipping on orders above £500.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Right to Cancel (Non-Custom Items): For standard, non-customized items, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging, in accordance with UK/EU consumer laws.
  • Custom-Made Items – Exclusion: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-fitted and customized products (suits, jackets, etc.), these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, or significantly deviate from the order specifications confirmed by us.
  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the fault and, if confirmed, offer repair, replacement, or a refund as appropriate.
  • Sizing Issues (Custom Fit): If a custom item does not fit due to a manufacturing error on our part (i.e., the finished product does not match the measurements confirmed in the order), we will cover the costs of correction or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Moto British is a supplier of protective equipment. We guarantee that our products meet or exceed the safety standards specified at the time of sale. However, we cannot guarantee protection from serious injury or death in the event of an accident. We are not liable for any personal injury or loss, direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
